Imogen is a certified sleep consultant and the visionary behind 'The Little Sleep Company,' with a wealth of experience and a background as a professional nanny, classroom assistant and young person’s mental health advocate.
Having completed numerous mental health and child-focused training courses including 2 qualifications towards becoming a paediatric sleep consultant and currently studying the Open College Network Level 6 holistic sleep coaching course (the highest accreditation in this field!), we think it’s fair to say she is quite the expert!
