In our latest podcast episode, our host, Zena Le Roux, talks to Imogen Russell on the all important topic of sleep.

Imogen is a certified sleep consultant and the visionary behind 'The Little Sleep Company,' with a wealth of experience and a background as a professional nanny, classroom assistant and young person’s mental health advocate. 

Having completed numerous mental health and child-focused training courses including 2 qualifications towards becoming a paediatric sleep consultant and currently studying the Open College Network Level 6 holistic sleep coaching course (the highest accreditation in this field!), we think it’s fair to say she is quite the expert! 

Together, Imogen and Zena talk about taking a holistic sleep strategy approach when it comes to improving sleeping patterns for babies, as well as supporting the rest of the family to get optimal sleep. They also discuss the main reasons for sleep issues, whether sleep training or ‘cry it out’ techniques are recommended and practical starting points for parents seeking to improve both their babies' and their own sleep patterns.
